Income Stream #4: Global Bonus Pool! Xooma Worldwide has set aside a minimum of 2% of the Company's entire "global" sales volume to be paid out in a bonus pool every month. So, as your business grows, you may qualify to earn additional income from one to all 6 of these pools. This gives you an opportunity to be paid based on the success of the entire company. The total bonus pool is broken up into 6 separate pools - each consisting of equal shares of the monthly pool percentage. The qualification for the pool is based on your 12 levels of sponsorship volume.
Sponsorship Volume defined: Each person that you personally sponsor and their personal product volume (PV) is counted as your first level of sponsorship. Each person that they personally sponsor and their product volume is counted as your second level of sponsorship and so on through 12 levels of sponsorship. This is another great incentive for everyone to stay focused on regularly helping new people get started with Xooma. Below are the monthly "sponsorship volume" requirements for each Global Bonus Pool.
Global Bonus Pool: These pools are also cumulative. For example, if your twelve levels of sponsorship volume for the month was $30,000, you would receive a share of both Global Bonus Pools 1 AND 2! The equal percentage of Company volume that is available in each pool is equally divided amongst all qualifying members of that pool each month. The higher your level of achievement in "total sponsorship volume," the more pools you will qualify for and the more bonus income you will make. As your business continues to grow, these bonus pools can provide a significant boost in your monthly income!
